Your home alarm working properly — every day, not just when it’s new.

Home Alarm Servicing & Maintenance

A home alarm system doesn’t look after itself. Over time, components wear, batteries fail, and small faults can go unnoticed — until the moment you actually need the system to work.

We service and maintain residential alarm systems across Auckland, keeping everything in good working order so you’re not caught out when it matters.

Keeping Your Home Alarm in Good Shape

Regular servicing is what keeps a home alarm system reliable over time. Sensors drift, backup batteries lose capacity, and connections that worked fine at installation can degrade — often without any obvious warning signs. A routine check catches these things early, before they become a problem. Whether you have a basic intruder alarm or a more involved setup with cameras and monitoring, we’ll keep it running the way it was intended to.

Fault Diagnosis

If something isn't right, we'll find it. We diagnose and fix faults across a wide range of alarm makes and models.

04

Existing Systems

We service alarm systems we didn't install. If you've moved into a property or lost track of who installed yours, we can help.

How Our Servicing Process Works

We start by going over your existing system — what’s installed, how old it is, and whether it’s been serviced before. From there we’ll let you know what needs attention and put a servicing schedule in place that makes sense for your setup.

This means you’re not guessing whether your alarm is in good working order. We keep track of what’s been done, remind you when a service is due, and are straightforward to get hold of if something comes up in between.

What a Service Visit Covers

When we come out to service your alarm, we go through the system properly — testing sensors and detectors, checking the control panel, inspecting wiring, and replacing backup batteries as needed. If we find anything that needs attention we’ll tell you straight away, along with what’s involved in sorting it.

Fault Repairs & Callouts

If your alarm is playing up between scheduled services, you can call us directly. We don’t operate through a call centre — you’ll speak to someone who knows the systems, and we’ll get to you as quickly as we can. Most faults can be diagnosed and resolved in a single visit.

Systems We Service

We service alarm systems across a wide range of makes and models, including systems we didn’t install. If you’ve moved into a property and inherited an alarm, or you’re not sure who’s responsible for yours, get in touch — we can usually work with what’s there and let you know where things stand.
